This is to let you know that the Northern Illinois AATG Spring Meeting and Workshop will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Goethe-Institut Chicago and the Art Institute. Breakfast and Lunch will be included. PLEASE SAVE THE DATE!
The topic will be a Schatzsuche im Art Institute Chicago – Treasure Hunt in the Chicago Art Institute and will involve an on-site exploration of German art consisting of a wide variety of activities for different levels. The primary presenters Roma Schultz and John Start will start the program with an introduction to the Schatzsuche and to the use of art in and out of the classroom; an orientation to the Educator Research Center will follow by an Art Institute representative in the new wing of the Art Institute, where we will also engage in the Schatzsuche.
